Ordering:

Shipping & Handling:
Shipping is done via USPS using a flat shipping rate. Shipments go out Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Please note that express orders must be placed by noon PST to be shipped out the same business day (continental U.S. orders only). Once you order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail ship notification. Please place a separate order for each destination that you are sending to. Sales tax is applicable only to orders delivered within California.

Priority Mail Rate: $2,95 (2-3 Day domestic)
Express Mail Rate: $25.00 (1-2 Day domestic guaranteed)
Priority Mail International Rate: $30.00 (6-10 Days)


Gift Wrapping:
We are more than happy to package your sleep sack as a gift. We will charge a $5.00 fee for this service (per box), so be sure to look for this option during the checkout process.  Our lovely gift packaging matches our Violet's Peapod color scheme, and it is appropriate for any occasion. To write a gift message, simply send an e-mail to Violet’s Peapod during the checkout process. We will gladly include your hand-written note with the gift package.


Returns & Exchanges:
Violet’s Peapod wants you to adore your purchase, but occasionally a return or exchange is necessary. We offer full refunds or exchanges (less shipping charges) on all unworn and unwashed merchandise within 21 calendar days of receiving the product. To expedite this process, please send an e-mail to info@violetspeapod.com, listing the item(s) that you are returning and the reason for the return. You will then be provided with an authorization number, which is required for all returns. Refunds may only be credited back to the card that was originally used to make the purchase. Please enclose a copy of the original sales receipt with all returns and exchanges. If you are exchanging an item, your transaction will be processed once Violet’s Peapod has received the returned item(s), at which point your transaction should be take place within one business day. Returns will be handled in the same time frame. We are not responsible for returned items until we receive them. If the reason for the return or exchange was due to a mistake on the part of Violet’s Peapod, you will not be responsible for paying additional shipping charges relating to the transaction in error. Exceptions to our Return and Exchange Policy are at the sole discretion of Violet’s Peapod, and must be agreed upon before an item is returned.
